½ avocado, stone and skin removed
1 ½ cup almond milk (or any other
milk)
½ - 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon bee pollen
1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
